Return Policy

We try to make returns as easy and painless for our customers as possible.  The vast majority of orders are returnable regardless of the item ordered.  There are three reasons that an item cannot be returned:

 1)  The item is not in resalable condition due to being opened or damaged by the customer.
 2)  The item has been installed in a repair.
 3)  The order was completed (shipped) more than 30 days ago
 4)  Item is  special order.
Otherwise, yes!  You can return your order.  Our return policy is as follows:

Returns on wrong items or items damaged in shipping: covers all costs of replacing items that are either shipped incorrectly or are damaged in transit.  We will ship a replacement right away and there will be no extra charges for shipping or merchandise.  At our sole discretion we will need the damaged or wrong items returned to us.

Returns on incorrectly ordered items or unwanted items:  If you accidentally ordered a wrong part or if you no longer want an item you ordered, it is returnable for up to 30 days after the original shipment date.  There is a 20% restocking fee for this type of return and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Returned items must be in as-new resalable condition.  It is not possible to return an item more than 30 days after the original shipment date. 

Return shipping:  Except in cases where the return is the result of an order processing error or the item arrives damaged, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are your responsibility.  For your protection, we encourage you to ship your return via a traceable method with the USPS, UPS or FedEx if returning by carrier to our return center. Retain all copies of your shipping receipt including tracking numbers for proof of return delivery.  Because we have multiple locations that we ship from we will give your the supplier/manufacturers return shipping address the the return merchandise authorization number.  Also we require that the RMA number be written prominently on the outside of the box used to ship the returned products.
